　Ⅰ．緒言

　われわれは最近，鼻中隔ならびに外耳道に発生したいわゆる悪性メラノームの各1例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

　Two cases of malignant melanoma are reported. In the first case, a male aged 70, the tumor originated from the right side of the nasal septum; the treatment consisted of using radium irradiation alone.

　In the second case, a female aged 23, the malignancy arose from the external ear canal; the growth was removed surgically.

　Both cases are alive at present with no discomfort nor any evidence of further complication after 8 and 15 months respectively following their leaving the hospital.
