　Ⅰ．緒言

　大理石骨病はAlbers-Schönberg（1904）により始めて報告されたもので，全身性に対称的に骨硬化をきたす一独立疾患で，比較的まれな疾患とされている。私たちは最近鼻漏が多く鼻閉が強度で，鼻根部が腫脹してきたと訴えて来院した大理石骨病の異型ともいうべき症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of marble bone disease is reported. A girl, aged 5, suffered nasal discharge with nasal obstruction and swelling in the region of the nasal root. The cranial and facial bones appeared to be sclerotic and presented symptoms of Pyle's disease. The onset of the affection seems to be rather early but the patient, at present, is making a normal developmental progress.
