A case report of Albers-Schönberg's disease (Marble bone disease)

1．はじめに

　Albers-Schönberg氏病は1904年同氏によつて初めて発表された疾患である。本病の主要症状は骨硬化であるが，屡々諸種の眼症状を伴うことが知られている。本病は稀な疾患であつて，現在迄に報告された数は全世界で約130例，我が国では約14例に過ぎない。殊に眼科領域に於ける報告は，私達の調べた範囲内では見当らないようである。

　最近私達は本症の1例を観察する機会を得たので，眼症状を中心に所見を述べて，諸兄の参考に供したいと思う。

The Albers-Schönberg's disease is a rare disease. Only 130 cases in the world and 14 cases in Japan have been reported mainly in the surgical region. And in the ophthalmolo-gical region, this paper is the first report in the world.

The patient is a 4 old years boy. His ocular symptoms are visual disturbance, oscillation of eyeballs, exophthalmus, simple atrophy of the optic nerve, entropium, chronic conjunct tivitis, lagophthalmus etc. And it is found in X-ray film that all his bones have been changed as chalk.
