巨大なる声帯血管線維腫の1症例

A Larygeal Angiofibroma

　Ⅰ．緒言

　声帯に発生するポリープの大部分は，粟粒大，帽針頭大より豌豆大に及びそれ以上のものは稀であり，殊に大きい場合は"巨大なる喉頭（声帯）ポリープ"という表題で報告されている。

　私達は最近29歳の男子で，右側声帯前1/3部に発生した非常に大きいポリープで，嗄声と短期間に呼吸困難を招来した興味ある症例に遭遇したので報告し，文献に追加する。

　A man, aged 29, complained of hoarseness which began 7 months ago and of dyspnea since 3 weeks ago. Examination revealed a large growth on the right vocal cord covering the anterior 1/3 of its length that appeared to be pedunculated and movable. The tumor was easily removed by means of a laryngeal forceps and measured 2 × 2 × 1.2 cm in dimensions. A diagnosis of angiofibroma was made by microscopic examination.
