顎下部に発生した軟部好酸球肉芽腫の1例

EOSINOPHILIC LYMPHOID GRANULOMA OF THE SUBMANDIBULAR REGION

　Ⅰ．緒言

　軟部好酸球肉芽腫は木村氏病ともいわれ，欧米諸国ではほとんど見られず，比較的稀な疾患である。最近私は左顎下部軟部組織に発生した本症を1例経験したので報告する。

　A case of eosinophilic lymphoid granuloma is reported.

　A boy, aged 8, was found to be affected with submandibular swelling on the left side of his neck which began to be noticeable since the patient was 5 years old. The diagnosis was established by tissue examination.

　The patient was treated by irradiation and administration of adrenal cortex hormone. The swelling at present is completely subsided.
