　Ⅰ．緒言

　わたくしたちは第13回中部地方連合会において，第1報としてリゾチーム（Lysozyme）単独使用による上顎洞粘膜の組織学的検査成績につき報告したが，今回は抗生物質を併用することにより，その有効率にどれ位の差が認められるかを検討したので報告する。

　Following sinus operation in 60 patients the method of postoperative treatments was divided into three different ways corresponding to the group to which these patients were divided. To the first group of patients 90mg of neuzym combined with 1,000mg of sigmamycin were administered by mouth per day. To the second group in addition to the above medication 22.5mg of empynase per day was further added To the third group nebulization treatment using lysozyme was further added to the basic treatment described for the second group. Good results were shown in the first group to be 57.1%, 2nd group, 68.4 % and the 3rd group, 60%.
