外耳道に原発した耳下腺混合腫瘍の1例

A MIXED PARATID TUMOR OF THE EXTERNAL AURAL CANAL

　Ⅰ．緒言

　唾液腺とくに耳下腺においてみられる混合腫瘍は古くより記載され，多数の報告があるが，これと同様の混合腫瘍が他の部位で発現するのは比較的まれである。わたくしたちは外耳道に原発した耳下腺混合腫瘍で，一度はCo⁶⁰照射で軽快したが，1年半後に再発し，病理組織学的に悪性化の像ありと診断され，手術により軽快した1例を経験したので報告する。

A man, aged 64, complained of a swelling at the entrance of the left external canal for the period of 2 years that was accompanied by pain and ear discharge of recent. Biopsy examination showed a mixed tumor. But, be-cause of cardiac condition the surgery was avoided. The patient was treated by irradia-tion of 6, 500r of Co⁶⁰ with improvement. Oneyear later the patient returned with a recur-rence of the growth and lung metastasis on the right side. The patient was treated surgi-cally and irradiation with Co⁶⁰. Improvement was seen.
