　Ⅰ．まえがき

　Tympanoplastikにおける皮弁についてはWullsteinの耳後皮弁，Zöllnerの上膊よりの遊離皮弁，わが国では後藤修二教授のThiersch皮弁，風間氏の外耳道有茎皮弁及び高原（滋）教授のSliding down法などが報告されている。

　後藤（敏）教授^1）はTympanoplastikの皮弁として遊離外耳道皮弁を袋状に縫合形成したものを用うる方法について1961年に発表されたが，今回はこの方法によつて行われた症例の術後の経過について報告する。

　The following results were obtained by using free tubal skin-flap of the external ear canal in performing 30 cases of Type I and Type II tympanoplasty and 1 case of Type Ⅲ

　There were 4 cases of perforated eardrum and among whom 3 had aural discharge.

　There were 13 cases in whom their hearing improved reaching the level within the bounds of 30 db.

　The author concluded that the present method is well adapted for maintaining the contour of the middle ear cavity and for reconstruction of the external ear canal without openning the mastoid cells.
