前頭骨と上顎骨部に発生せるCholesteatomの1例

　I．緒言

　聴器に発生するCholesteatomは，我々の屡々経験する所であるが，副鼻腔及びその附近に発生するものは，真性・仮性Cholesteatom共に極めて稀である。著者等は，最近前頭骨と両側上顎骨部に発生し，口蓋骨をも破壊した症例を経験し，二，三考察を加えたので，ここに報告する。

Cholesteatoma was diagnosed in two local-ities in the same patient, a man aged 53;one in both maxillary bone and the other in the fron-tal bone. The growths were removed by operations. But those removed from the max-illary bones were difficult to determine whet-her they were real or pseudo-cholesteatoma. A review of literature revealed only 3 cases of cholesteatoma of paranasal sinuses in Japan and where such growths to occur in two diffe-rentloca lities in a same patient seems to be a rare case indeed.
