Candidiasis 2症例

　I．緒言

　人体醸母菌症は1894年Busse，Buschkeが婦人の潰瘍部位より本菌を分離したのに始まり，本邦に於ては1931年川名が頬部粘膜及び口唇に発生した1例を報告して以来，カンディダ症例の報告は散見するが，抗生物質療法の普及と共に増加しつつあり，耳鼻科領域に於ても本症が注目されて来たが，然し尚，本症の発見が困難な場合も多く又，本症の治療法にも未だ確実なものがない現状である。

　最近，私達もカンディダ性咽頭潰瘍の1例及び交代菌現象と考えられる汎発性カンディダ症の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　Two cases of candida infection in a man, aged 34, and in another, aged 55, are reported. The patients complained of sore throat, difficulty in swallowing and showed ulcerative lesions in the throat. Diagnosis of candida albicans in the former and that of candida sepsis in the latter was established. The first case recovered under treatment but the latter in spite of various treatments gradually went down hill and died.
