Ⅰ．緒言
fibrous dysplasiaで，顔面，頭蓋骨に発生するのは，比較的稀とされている。今回，頬部腫脹を呈して来院した患者で，上顎骨のfibrous dysplasiaと診断され，手術的に治癒せしめ得た1例を経験したので，些さか文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of fibrous dysplasia of the maxillary bone is reported.
A girl, aged 16, complained of swelling of her left cheek. The diagnosis of fibrous dysplasia of the maxillary bone was made by microscopic examination of the bony tissue removed surgically.
