はじめに
吶の約70％をしめるといわれるサ行咽の成立機転の中で，古くから報告はあるが，その数は比較的少いといわれる耳性サ行吶の1例を経験し，かつ言語聴力検査によつて，語音弁別能と明瞭度の検索も行い得たので，その概要を報告する。
Speech-disturbance in sa-gyo (consisting of sa-shi-su-se-so) is found in a boy aged 9. Examination of the patient revealed that this disturbahce was due to aural origin. Speech corrections were made by the following me-thod.
(1) Nasal voice was corrected wirh blowing which was continued for a few days.
(2) Intermingled ka-gyo and acclosed dental sound was corrected by pronoucing ka-g-yo with the tip of the tongue under pr-essure.
(3) The speech production of sa-gyo itself was made by starting with voiceless sound which gradually developed into a voice.
(4) The patient seemed to be impossible to comprehend these speech differences th-rough hearing.
