耳性帶状疱疹の1例

　緒言

　耳部に疱疹を有する時種々なる神経症状を呈する場合のある事は既に古くPolitzerに依り記載されている処であるが，特にかゝる症状のある疾患を独立せしめたのは1904年Körner其人であつて，氏は之にHerpes zoster oticusと命名し其三主要徴候として耳部に於ける疱疹．顏面神経麻痺及び聽神経障碍を揚げたのである．爾來一般の注目する処となり逐次症例が追加せらるるに及んで耳性帶状疱疹は必ずしもKornerの三主要徴候を具備するものではなく時には此三主要徴候の他に諸種の神経症状を呈する症例も追加せらるるに至つた．

　余は最近右側に於てKornerの三主要徴候を有し尚同側の三叉，舌咽，頸椎神経及び左側即ち反対側の外旋神経等廣範囲に亘り諸種の神経症状を呈した興味ある1例を経驗したが斯の如き症例は文献上極めて稀であるので其大要を述べて文献資料を追加すると共に諸賢し垂教を仰ぐ次第である．

Yagura reports a case of herpes zoster with paralysis of facial nerve that resisted treatment without remission for the period of 8 months. Lesions appeared on the skin back of the ear about the line of attachment on the right side. Manifestations of functional disturbances were seen in parts supplied by other nerves which were trigeminal, acoustic glosso-pharyngeal, re current a ryngeal and some of the cervical ner-ves.
