汎発性構音障害（イ列，ウ列，エ列，サ行，ラ行，ガ行，ザ行吶）の1例

　汎発性構音障害（吶）についてはこれ迄久保^1），飯田^2），鈴木^3），小野寺・吉田^4）のほか2,3の報告^5）6）がある。汎発性構音障害の高度なものはHottentottismusともいわれるが，この様なものの大部分は精神薄弱児にみられる^7）ようであり久保，鈴木の症例も精神発達遅滞がある。またこれ迄の報告をみると汎発性構音障害は子音の障害が主体であるが時には母音の障害を伴うこともあり鈴木の例^3）にこれが認められる。母音吶については降失ら^8）9）もイ列やウ列，エ列の構音障害の例を報告しているが，われわれも最近サ行，ラ行，ガ行，ザ行のほかイ列，ウ列，エ列の母音にも障害のある汎発性構音障害の症例を経験した。そもそも母音吶そのものは稀なものであるが，われわれの症例は聴覚や精神発達障害がみられないにもかかわらず上記の如く広範な構音障害を来している点極めて稀な症例と思うので，ここに報告し御批判をあおぎたいと思う。

A case of speech defect (covering the sounds of i,u,e and colunms of sa, ra, ga and za) is reported. The patient is a boy, aged 5, whose mentality is normally developed yet, his speech defect appears to be marked in de-gree. The author believes the causative factor that lead to such a speech defect might be mainly due to lagging development of general bodily activity during the child's early infan-cy which was combined with-natural characte-ristic of quietness land gross inattention othe part of the parents toward the child.
