　I．緒言

　1922年Kobrakはメニエール病に対して，die angioneurotische Oktavuskriseなる新称を提唱し眩暈発作の原因が内耳血管の運動障害にあり，自律神経系の失調が内耳血管を介して迷路機能に影響を与えるものであると考えた。

　今日メニエール病の成因に関してなお不明の点があるも，多くの学者の中には，このKobrakの説を支持し，Vegetative Dystonieが眩暈発作の原因であると考えている人達もかなりいるようである。然し，これらの考えを臨床面で実証し又診断治療の面に活用するためには，あまりにもその他覚的裏づけの足りないことを痛感する。

A comparative study on various method of autonomic nerve tests is attempted. These consisted of Uyeda's general method, Mecho-lyl test. Dresel's relative blood pressure cha-nge test and C.P.T. test.

The best indicator proved to be the blood pressure ; in other tests the results were so varying the difference between the control and Menierr's disease was difficult to discern.

Regardless of the method by which stimu-lation may be given the blood pressure cha-nges showed a definite relation to the time element and the difference in the reaction established in the control cases and that of the diseased was markedly vivid.
