耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるOradolの使用経験—立木豊教授開講20周年記念論文

I．緒言

　（oradol）口内錠に関する臨床成績の報告は以前にも見られるが，我々も又，今回Oradol（β-phenyl-dimethyl-dadecylammonium bro-mide）＝PDDBを口腔・咽喉頭疾患に使用に使用する機会を得たので茲に成績を報告する次第である。

　oradolは化学的に次の様な構造式をもつている。

　Takahashi and associates conclude that oradol by oral dosage is an useful agent employed in oropharyngeal infection as adjunct to the use of antibiotics and other silver preparations. In smaller doses it is well adapted for usage among children.
