I．緒言
最近私達は咽頭，食道の麻痺のために高度の嚥下困難を来たしたWallenberg氏症候群（後下小脳動脈閉塞症状），の1例を経験し，之は耳鼻咽喉科領域における報告例は少く，比較的珍らしい症例であると考えられたので，症例を報告すると共に，本症候群について多少の考察を加えてみた。
The patient a Woman, aged complained of a marked dysphagia due to a sudden onset of paralysis of the pharynx and esophagus. Examination of the patient showed that the se symptoms resulted from occlusion of the posterior inferior cerebellar artrey and the diagnosis of Wallenberg's syndrome was ma-de. Various clinical aspects of this disease are discussed.
