止血剤アドレゾン（アドレノクロマゾン製剤）の慢性副鼻腔炎根治手術に於ける使用経験

　緒言

　耳鼻科手術に際しては外科手術と異り，結紮不能な場合が多く，そのため止血対策としての薬物による方法は一つの重要な因子である。然し，止血剤としての効果を判定する臨床的手段は非常に困難で完璧を期待し難い。今回私達は某社よりアドレノクロマゾンの提供をうけ，相当の使用効果を認めたので報告し，諸賢の御批判を得たいと思う。

An experience in the use of 20 mg dose of adresone given intravenously before sinus operations as an agent producing hemostasis during operation is reported. A definite shor-tening of both bleeding and clotting time was noted with the samples of blood taken 60 and 90 minutes after the intravenous injection of the drug The capillary resistance appeared to be increased 30 minutes after the injec tion: and the capillary osmosis seemed to be suppressed.

The amount of hemorrhage during opera-tion when compared with and without the drug, there appeared to be less by 38g where the drug was put to use.
