乳児鼻腔内血管肉腫の1例について

HEMANGIOSARCOMA OF THE NASAL CAVITY

　I．はじめに

　著者らは生後3カ月の女児に見られた鼻腔内血管肉腫の1例を経験したので，その臨床経過および病理所見について述べる。なお，本症例は病理組織学的に横紋筋肉腫，血管肉腫，線維肉腫，Malignant Clear Cell Hydradenomaとの鑑別が非常に困難であり最終的に血管肉腫と診断した。鼻腔の血管肉腫は非常に稀であるので，いささか文献的考察を加えて報告する次第である。

　An infant girl. aged 3 months, was found to be affected with a hemangiosarcoma of the right nasal cavity. The nasal cavity was completely obstructed with tendency towards epistaxis and the general feature was cyanotic.

　Under general anesthesia an attempt was made to exterpate the growth but following this operation the tumor redoubled its size.

　The patient was sent to the Cancer Hospital where it was treated with Lineac. The patient has made a complete recovery and is well now at the present writing 1 year after the beginning of the drug therapy.

　The tumor was finally diagnosed as malignant clear cell hydradenoma.
