　緒言

　鼻腔に発生する良性腫瘍は線維腫，骨腫，軟骨腫，乳嘴腫，血管腫，脂肪腫或いはリンパ管腫等が挙げられているが悪性腫瘍に比して尠く就中ノイリノームは極めて稀である。

　抑々ノイリーノムはシユワン氏鞘の神経線維より発生する外胚葉性腫瘍で中枢神経に好発するものであり，鼻腔，副鼻腔のノイリノーム症例は現在迄の報告をみると海外で8例，我が国では僅かに5例を見るに過ぎない。私は鼻腔に発生したノイリノームを経験したので茲に報告すると共に，本邦に於て発表された5例に就いても文献的考察を行つた。

Kaneko reports a case of neurinoma of the nasal cavity found in a man aged 48. Chief complaint of the patient was impairment of nasal breathing. Suspecting maxillary mali-gnancy the patient was operated upon by Denker method; the growth was found to be arising from the floor of the middle mea-tus of the nasal cavity and microscopically recognized as a neurinoma. The present case is an addition to 5 other cases reported in the literature of this country.
