巨大なる喉頭ノイリノームの1例

　緒言

　喉頭に発生する良性腫瘍としては，腺腫，乳嘴腫，線維腫，粘液腫，脂肪腫，軟骨腫，リンパ管腫，血管腫等々種々報告されているが，私共は喉頭に発生した極めて稀にして而も巨大なノイリノームの1例に遭遇したのでここに報告する次第である。

Odagiri and Yashiro report a case of neuri-noma of the larynx where the growth was fo-und to be enlarged to an enormous size occu-pying the left pyriform fossa and extending below over the vocal cord and above to the epiglottis. The diagnosis is established by microscopic examination. The patient made an uneventful recovery after surgical removal of the growth.
