副鼻腔多洞手術に対する洞内麻酔剤"キシロカインジエリー"の応用—附 大藤，地引式上顎洞注入針

副鼻腔多洞手術は，我々が日常最も多く遭遇する手術である。従来採用されている麻酔方法としては，基礎麻酔或は最近賞用されているクロールプロマジン製剤を主とした強化麻酔を行い，全身麻酔，上顎神経及び前篩骨神経の伝達麻酔，軟部組織の浸潤麻酔，及び表面麻酔剤の副鼻腔注入による注洞麻酔等が行われている。之を具体的に表示せば，

　ⅰ）基礎麻酔＋伝達麻酔＋浸潤麻酔

　Ichihara and associates report a case of carcinoma mastitoides that occurred in the thyroid gland of a woman aged 67. The cancerous thyroid glands was removed in to along with the whole of larynx. The patient made an uneventful recovery and is fitted with an artificial larynx without much inconveniences met with in her ordinary conversations.
