- Abstract 文献概要
所謂慢性肥厚性鼻炎なるものは我が領域において，最もしばしば遭遇する疾患の一つであり，将又，その完全治療に常に頭を悩さしめるものである。従つて，本疾患に対する療法も随分多いが，私共は最近慢性肥厚性鼻炎特に甲介粘膜に欝血の強度なる，いわゆる血性鼻炎に対して，副交感神経遮断剤である「エチレミン」注射液を甲介粘膜海綿体内に適量注射し比較的満足すべき結果を得たので茲に報告する。
Tabata and associates obtained favorable results in treatment of hypertrophic turbina-tes by use of sympatholytic drug ehtylemin. The agent was employed by submucous in-jection in the amount 0.5-1.0cc. In about 4 to 5 days the turbinates will be covered by a formation resembling a pseudomembrane which will gradually fall away leaving a healthy surface on the turbinal structures. The nasal passage in about 1 to 2 weeks af-ter the treatment would be afforded with freer space. The results were found to be lasting in effect.
