　鼻口蓋嚢腫は上顎正中嚢腫又は口蓋管嚢腫とも云われ鼻口蓋管の鼻索を発生原基とするものであり，臨床所見は歯牙嚢腫に似るが発生頻度は少く本邦でも未だ数例の報告しか見ない。最近余等は鼻口蓋嚢腫と思われる患者に遭遇したので報告する。

Tatsumi and Nakajima reports a case of cyst which occurred anteriorly on the hard palate. The patient a woman aged 37 gave history of swelling of the hard palate that began 12 years previously. Paracentesis of the swelling revealed amber colored fluid devoid of cholestrin and X-ray examination of the area showed it to be in no way con-nected to dental structures. The growth was a benign cyst the outer wall of which was strongly adherent to the bone causing a slight rarifaction of the latter tissue. Follo-wing removal of the growth the patient made an uneventful recovery.
