鼻口蓋嚢腫の1例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　一般に鼻口蓋嚢腫は上顎正中部の切歯根に近く発生する嚢腫で，稀なものである。別名上顎正中嚢腫（median anterior maxillary cyst）または口蓋管嚢腫（incisive canal cyst）ともいわれている。

　私共は最近その1例と考えられる症例に遭遇したので報告する。

A case of tumor the size of a small hen's egg that occurred in the midline of the ante-rior region of the hard pahte is reported. The patient was a man, aged 50; the tumor was slow in growth which had no co-nnection to dental tissues. Cholestrin was the chief content of the tumor and its walls were slightly metaplastic owing to the presence inflammatory process within. Corynebacte-rium and Neisseria catsrrhalis were found from the content.
