I．はじめに

　鼻口蓋管嚢胞は胎生期に存在し，生後1年以内に消退するとされる鼻口蓋管（切歯管）の残存上皮により形成される顎骨内嚢胞であり，顎骨嚢胞の約2％と比較的少ない疾患とされている^1,2）。今回われわれは49歳の男性で硬口蓋および鼻前庭に膨隆をきたし，口蓋に切開を加えず，歯齦部切開により嚢胞摘出した1症例を経験したので文献的報告を交え報告する。

　The nasopalatine duct cysts（NPDC）are considered the most common nonodontogenic cyst of the oral cavity. We encountered a 49-year-old man presented to the clinic complaining of a swelling in the roof of his mouth. A CT scan revealed a mass involving the hard palate extending anterior along the nasal vestibule. Its greatest diameter was 3cm. The patient was diagnosed as NPDC and scheduled for surgical excision of the cyst through a sublabial approach. We could remove cysts,and closed surgical wounds without any reconstruction. The patient showed no evidence of recurrence and showed granulation filling in the dead space.
