耳鼻科領域に初発症状を呈し，脊髄に転移を来した骨髄性細網肉腫の1例

　緒言

　Ewing肉腫は，今日骨髄性細網肉腫として理解せられているが^1）2），Ewing肉腫が骨髄性細網肉腫であると云う事と，骨髄性細綱肉腫がEwing肉腫であると云う事の間には，自から若干の開きがあり^3）4），その本態に関しては，今尚混迷の中にある様である。

　最近私は，上顎骨に初発症状を呈し，脊髄転移を思わしめて，極めて興味ある経過をとつた骨髄性細網腫網の1例を経験し，更に剖検の機会を得たので，茲に報告する次第である。

Tomiki reports a case of reticulo-sarcoma of the bone which ended in death during treatment. A man, aged 39, complained of pain and swelling of the cheek following a radical operation on the paranasal sinuses. Assuming the growth to be a reticulo-sarcoma it was removed by Denker operation and the area was treated by X-ray irradiation. But, during the period of these treatments the patient suddenly developed paralysis of spinal origin and died. Necropsy showed the tumor to be reticulo-sarcoma of the bone involving almost the entire skeletal system. Whether or not this case is to be decided as Ewing's sarcoma, when the definition of Ewing's sarcoma remains yet to be agreed, should be deferred to later date.
