頬部，鼻腔，口蓋，咽頭及び頸部に流注膿瘍を伴つた副鼻腔炎の治験例

　緒言

　副鼻腔炎から隣接器官へ合併症を惹起するのは解剖学的位置と密接な関係にあるが，眼窩あるいわ頭蓋内のものが重要視され，多数の報告がある。われわれは外傷及び感冒によつて副鼻腔炎から鼻腔膿瘍を誘発し，さらに上顎顔面壁，口蓋，副咽頭腔ならびに頸部へまで流注膿瘍と蜂窩織炎の波及を見た稀らしい重篤な症例を経験し，こゝに症例を報告して若千の考察を試みたい。

Yamanaka and Ishikawa report a case of multiple embolic abcess, in a man aged 18, that originated from an acut exacerbation of chronic paranasal sinusitis. The secondary abcesses were found in the nasal floor, cheek, soft and hard palate, hypopharynx and neck. The patient made uneventful recovery after sinus operations and incision and drainage of all abcesses combined with antibiotic treatment.
