結腸細網肉腫の1例

Reticulosarcoma of the Cecum, a Case Report

　腸管に発生する悪性リンパ腫は比較的稀な疾患で，その過半数は回盲部に発生する．我々の経験した腸重積を起した回盲部細網肉腫を報告する．

症例

　患　者；K. K.，58歳，男．

　主　訴：上腹部痛．

　現病歴：約2カ月前より食事と無関係に軽い上腹部痛が起こるようになり，近医にて薬を内服していたが軽快せず，胃透視，胃カメラで特に異常所見がないので，慢性膵炎の疑で本院に紹介されてきた．この間にも上腹部痛は徐々に増強してきたので精査の目的で，昭和37年1月4日入院した．

　Reticulpsarcoma of the cecum, a relatively tare disease, is described in this paper. A 58-year-old man was first seen in November 1962 because of epigastric pain. Up to that time he had been treated by his doctor on account of chronic pancreatitis. Three months later he was finally hospitalized foe clinical examinations and treatment. Since then the pain in the epigastrium became worse day by day. Surgical operation was carried out in February 1963. Operation record shows that a tumor was palpated in the ascending colon, and a cecal polyp had given rise to intussusception. Accordingly, hemicolectomy with ileotransversostomy was performed. Histological diagnosis was reticulosarcoma of the cecum.
