はじめに
骨腫瘍の中で骨髄由来の悪性腫瘍には，Plasma cell myeloma （P．C．M．）： Ewing's sarcoma （E．S．）： Re—ticulum cell sarcoma （R．C．S．）： Liposarcomaなどがある。これらのうちP．C．M．のほかは頭蓋骨に原発することは稀である。中でもR．C．S．の頭蓋骨原発例は極めて少ない。われわれは，最近，後頭骨原発のR．C．S．を経験した。組織的に，E．S．とまぎらわしい症例だつた。本例をE．S．との鑑別を中心に報告する。
A case of primary reticulum cell sarcoma in theoccipital bone was reported.
The patient was a 11 years-old girl who com-plained of headache, vomiting and palpable tumor (8 × 6 × 2 cm) in the occipital portion.
The patient was in the state of somnolence at the time of admission, and was afebrilc and no leucocy tosis.
The X-Ray film revealed marked spicula and scarce periosteal lamination.
Tumor was successfully removed, and after the operation, the patient had regained conciousness gradually.
Irradiation therapy of cobalt 60 was carried out.
Histological examination revealed intercellular argentophil fibers. PAS posit ive granules were not found inside or outside of cytoplasm.
On electron microscopic examination, few gly-cogen like particles were proven.
No tumor was found in any other parts of the boy.
Di flerenciation from Ewing's sarcoma was dis-cussed in detail.
