Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸には各種の悪性腫瘍が発生し青壮年層に多くみられ，かつその予後がきわめて不良な点を考えるとき診断治療上細心の注意が必要である。著者は最近無痛性睾丸腫大を主訴とした68才の患者で睾丸原発と推定した細網肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

Case is a 68 years old male with the chief complaint of painless swelling of the left scrotal content, who under went left orchiectomy with the diagnosis of testicular tumor when he first visited us 2 months after he noticed his complaints. Tumor was reticulosarcoma primarily aroused from the testis and must have metastatized to the epididymis and vas. Antitumor agent was prescribed and betatron radiation was done after surgery but liver metastasis was noticed 8 months later and died 9 months after surgery.
