諸言 歯牙の炎症に基因し鼻科領域が侵されて発生する疾患のうち，鼻中隔軟骨膜炎又は鼻中隔膿瘍は比較的稀であつて我国に於ては細田をはじめとし僅に約10例の報告を見るのみである。我々は本症の1例を経験し，化学療法にて続発症，後遣症を起すことなく治癒せしめ得たので報告する。
Mukuno and Kajiwara report a case of peri-chondritis of the nasal septum. The disease in a farmer's wife, aged 49, began with an apical abcess of the incisor tooth which ruptured through the surrounding tissues to cause eventually the involment cf the septal perichondrium. The causative bacteria proved to be staphylococcus albus which showed resis-tance to both sulfathiazol and penicillin. The patient made an uneventful recovery following extracticn of the offending tooth and use of achromycin.
