4歳の男子に発生せる聴器粘液肉腫の1例

　緒言

　聴器に発生する悪性腫瘍は極めて稀れなるものにして，更に肉腫に至つては，その記載少く，久保（猪）氏は26年間に3例（1933）をJunodはBaser大学25年間に2例（1922）を報告しているに過ぎない。病理組織学的には粘液肉腫で，我々の調査した範囲内では本邦では現今までに4例，外国に於いては10例の報告を見るのみである。我々も中耳より発生したと思われる症例を経験したので茲に発表する。

Matsumoto and associates report a case of myxosarcoma occurring in a male child aged 4. At the time of admission to the hospital both ears of the child were found to be involved with a condition that proved to be myxosarco-ma.Besides ear involvements the growth was found to be metastasized into both lungs and cervical glands with general physical status of the patient in extremely poor condition.Follo-wing the procedure taken for obtaining biopsy specimen the growth appeared to be axcellera-ted in its progress and, in spite of use of X-ray treatmets and of sarcomycin by parenteral routes the patient died in his 8th month of illness.
