18歳男子の鼻咽腔癌例

　緒言

　上咽頭癌の発生は耳鼻咽喉科領域の他部位癌腫の発生に較べると比較的少ないが，従来屡々報告されている。しかしながらその殆んどは癌年令といわれる40歳以上の老人であつて，青年のそれは非常に少ない。最近私は青年男子に発生した鼻咽腔癌で，これを手術的に摘出した稀有な症例を経験したのでこゝに報告する。

Taniguchi reports a case of nasopharyngeal cancer that occurred in a boy, aged 18. The diagnosis was established by biopsy examina-tion. After surgical removal of the growth the patient was treated by X-Ray irradiation and parenteral admistration of azan and sarcomycin. Although involvement of cervical lymph glands are not completely dissolved, no further growths are noted in the original site.
