　聴器に発生する癌腫は比較的稀であり，昭和34年村上等の調査によると本邦では約75例の報告が為されているが，発生部位及びその侵蝕の範囲によつて予後が著しく左右され，一般に耳介に限局したものは生命の予後は比較的良好であるが，中耳，乳様蜂窠に及ぶものは解剖学的にその完全摘除が困難な為にその大部分は不幸の転帰をとらざるを得ない。我々も亦最近かかる聴器癌の4例即ち，耳介癌の1例及び，中耳，乳様蜂窠を侵した3例を経験し，良好な経過を取つたものもあるので報告したい。

　Four cases of auditory cancers are reported. In one case the ear lobe of a woman, aged 71, was found to be involved with a carcinoma. She died. In two cases the cancer seemed to have originated from the middle ear cavity in one and from the mastoid cells in the other. The patient with the middle ear cancer was treated by means of irradiations but the disease progressed to meningitis and died. The third case with martoid cell cancer is still alive. The fourth case was a cancer of the external canal who, seems to be in a fair health under treatment.
