気管内麻酔後に生じ，声門下腔に嵌頓した喉頭ポリープの1例

　1932年Clausenが気管内麻酔後に発生した喉頭肉芽腫を報告して以来欧米殊に英，米では屡々その報告があるが，本邦では気管内麻酔の歴史の浅い為か未だその報告は極めて少ない。私共は最近気管内挿管麻酔後に発生し，声門下腔に嵌頓した喉頭ポリープの1例を経験したので茲に報告する次第である。

Nomura and Yui report a oase of subglottic polyposis that apparently formed following tra-cheal intubation whih was a part of the pro-cedure for partial pneumonectomy. Soon after this procedure a woman, aged 29, became annoyed with cough and by foreign body sen-sation in the larynx. Four months later with aggravatins of these symptoms her breathing became a difficulty. Examination with a laryn-geal mirror revealed a polyp, pedunculated and subglottic, the size of the tip of little finger. The growth was removed by direct laryngos-copy that proved to be non-tuberculous. After which the patient made an uneventful reco-very.
