声門下腔狭窄症を伴つた原発性喉頭肉芽腫の1例

　I．緒言

　近時，気管内麻酔の発達と共に，挿管による喉頭肉芽腫症例の報告が増加しつつあるが，私はこのたび，何等の誘因と思われるものなく，輪状軟骨，気管上端の外廓に肉芽腫を生じ，同時に声門下腔も腫瘍状に腫脹し，該部の狭窄症状を惹起した比較的珍しい症例に遭遇したので，茲にその概要を報告する次第である。

A woman, aged 27, developed a granuloma at the juncture of cricoid cartilage and the upper ring of trachea. There was a con-commi-ttent swelling of subglottic tissues. The granuloma that showed externally was remo-veb by surgical means without further com-plication but, the subglottic swelling recur-red time and again. With each of such arecurrence it made good response with X-ray therapy.
