女性々的現象と喉頭特に原発性声門下腔オツェーナに就て

　序言

　余は昭和22年来女性々的現象と鼻科領域との関係を検索し，本誌上にも数度に亘つて報告したが，此の間，耳，咽喉科領域との関係に就ても興味のあつた症例を2〜3報告し，特に妊婦に見られた原発性気管オツェーナに就ては2症例を報告した。即ち第1例は32歳既婚女子で，本症が妊娠初期3回共に反復出現し，人工流産に依り治癒した症例で，第2例は27歳妊娠9ヶ月の四肢に魚鱗症々状を有する婦人に見られた症例であるが，今回報告する症例は月経，妊娠時に見られた各1例である。

A woman, aged 35,complained of dysphagia and a sensation of foreign body presence in the pharynx as soon as her mentrual cycle began: examination showed presence of ozena in the subglottic region at which time. But, these symptoms and signs disappeared as soon as the cycle came to its end.

Similarly, a woman, aged 23, became affe-cted with ozena of the subglottic area with classic symptoms of hoarseness, cough and foreign body sensations in the pharynx at the ninth month of her pregnancy.These sym-ptoms became the more aggravated with the progress of the gestation but, no sooner taan the termination of the latter condition she wascompletely relieved with disappearance of all signs of that affection.
