上咽頭プラスマ細胞腫の1例

　緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける腫瘍の中，プラスマ細胞腫は非常に少く，我国に於ては上顎骨及び上顎洞に発生した2,3例の報告があり，咽頭部に発生したプラスマ細胞腫に就いては，大正3年吉井氏の報告した一例があるのみである。我々は最近上咽頭に発生したプラスマ細胞腫の一例を経験したので報告する。

Soma and associates report a case of plasma-cyte tumor found in the maxiallary sinus. The only complaint that a woman aged 56 made was that of a repeated epistaxis. A diagnostic puncture of the maxillary sinus revealed the true nature of the condition. Following an ope-ration on the maxillary sinus the patient reco-vered uneventfully.

Rarely do plasmacyte tumor occur in soft ti-ssues in that its usual cite of origin being in osseous. Ordinarily, this type of tumor is rega-rded as to be benign but, according to Fiji and associates it is not necessarily so. And with this point in view, the treatment should be line appropriate for dealing for that of malignancy.
