微量注射による激烈な血清病の2例及び血清注射方法について

　激烈な血清病は比較的に稀である。少しく古い症例であるが私は初回注射0.1ccにて重篤な全身症状を発せる例，及び0.02ccにて同樣の症状を来せる例を経験したので報告する。又併せて血清注射方法について述べる。

SHIBA reports 2 cases of serum disease that were manifested with severe, generalized bodily symptoms when 0.1cc, in one, and 0.02cc in the other, of diphtheria antitoxic serum were given subcutanously for preliminary skin test. That the reactions in these children were idosyncracies are apparent in that they had had reciseed no serum therapy previously. And such inherent peculiarities toward foreign protain appear to be much more pronounced in their manifestations than those that are acquired. The author stresses the necessity of making a preliminary skin test in eacit case in whom antitoxic serum is to be used with dilu'e serum in amounts no more than 0.02cc or 0.1cc at the most.
