教室に於ける喉頭神經麻痺特に反回神經麻痺の展望

　所謂内喉頭筋の麻痺状況を觀察する上に重要な事は，上喉頭神經は前筋の運動のみを支配し，他の諸筋は下喉頭神經の支配下にある事，各筋の機能に就ては前筋及び内筋は聲帶緊張筋であり，側筋，横筋は聲帶閉鎖筋で共に所謂發聲筋であり，後筋は聲帶擴大筋で呼吸筋である事である。

　從來反回神經麻痺に於ける喉頭像はゼモンーローゼンバツハの法則に從つて變化するものであると考えられて居るが，日常吾々が麻痺した聲帶を觀察していると正中位にある聲帶は何時迄も正中位にあり，中間位にあるものは何時迄も中間位にある場合があつて，後筋麻痺から屍體位に到る變化が見られない。

TAKENAKA and associates made a stati-stical study of laryngeal nerve paralysis, parti-cularly the recurrent laryngeal, and noted that, when the position of the vocal cord in this condition is considered in comparison to the concept that which had been, Heretofore, accep-ted, there are in the latter a few points that are questionable. The means with which this study was made were through analytical coor-dination of results that were obtained by ele-ctromyograms from laryngeal muscles during the process of phonation and respiration.
