　野兎病（ツラレミア）は，その感染樣式及症状によつて各科領域を訪れる疾患である。

　耳鼻咽喉科領域でも，その鼻淋巴腺型及扁桃腺淋巴腺型が存在するが，今迄の報告例は昭和15年迄の野兎病患者蒐集例23例中，鼻淋巴腺型の3例及扁桃腺淋巴腺型の1例に適ぎない。著者等は最近此の扁桃腺淋巴腺型と考える可き經過をとつた2症例を經驗したので茲に報告し，併せてその發生頻度につき文献的考察を試みた。

OHARA, S. AND YOKOYAMA report 2 ca-ses of Ohara's disease ('Yato-Byo' or Tularemia) that progressed clinically in a form which in-volved the tonsils and cervical glands. From the submaxillary lymph node removed from one of these cases Bacterium Tularensis was isolated and the gland itself showed a typical histo-pathological picture of Tuleremia with presence of pseudo-tubercles. Of 396 cases of 'Yato-Byo' recorded in the annals of this hos-pital the present case is the sixth that showed involvement in the area which is considered the field of otolaryngology.
