鼻アレルギーに対する抗ヒスタミン剤の効果に関する実験的研究

　緒言

　吾科領域の代表的アレルギー性疾患とも謂うべき鼻アレルギーの治療に就いては之がアレルギーである以上其の抗原を検索し，完全な特異性脱感乍療派が最適であるのは論を俟たぬ処である．然し乍ら実際上アレルゲンの確定される事は甚だ少く，為に多価アレルゲン製剤を始め種々の非特異性脱感乍療法にたよる事が殆んどである．だが之も仲々理論通りにはまいらず，為に古来数多くの治療法治療剤が発表されて居るがいまだ満足すべきものはない．近来抗ヒスタミン剤を用い好成績を得た報告が数多いので，私等は此の効果に就いて検討してみようと考へ，実験的に兎に鼻アレルギーを惹起させ，抗モスタミン剤を用いた場合の鼻腔所見に就いて病理組織学的に検索してみたので報告する．

HASEGAWA and FUJIMURA conducted exper-iments upon rabbit in order to evaluate the effi-cacy of the action of anti-histaminic drugs towards naral allergy which was induced by means of egg albumin. While the use of the agents was not influential enough to relieve completely the alle-rgic state, thus, manifestcd yet, it was highly competant a means by which to cause a modera-tion on the effects that produced edema of mucous membraces and profuse exudations. It is conclu-ded that, in application, antihistaminic agents should be employed in dosage adequate in amount and early in the onset of the disease.
