前庭神経麻痺を惹起せるStreptomycin中毒の3例

　Streptomycin（以後St剤と略記す）は，結核症の化学療法剤として最も広く用いられ，其の效力は甚だ顕著なものがあるが，結核症を治療する途上に於て，種々なる副作用の発現を見る事も亦認められる．最近Dihydrostrep to mycin（以後D. St. 剤と略記す）が新しく生産され，臨牀的に用いられて，比較的副作用が少いと報告されている事は，誠に喜ぶべき事である．

　私は東京鉄道病院に於て，St. 剤の副作用として，前庭神経麻痺を起した症例3例を経験したので，ここに御報告申し上げ，御参考に供する．

　AMAGISHI reports 3 cases of vestibular disfunction due to toxic reaction of streptomycin. In 2 cases the disturbance occurred when 30g. of streptomycin were given while in the 3rd it occurred with 27g. However, a complete recovery of vestibular function was seen in all cases when the agent was discontinued.
