急性鼻炎に対する抗ヒスタミン剤の効果に就ての実験的研究

　緒言最近抗ヒスタミン製剤の発達普及に伴い単に，アレルギー性疾患のみならす，各種疾患に広く応用されている．わが耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ても，アレルギー性鼻炎を始め，各種急性鼻炎其の他に用いられ，優秀な効果を得たと数多く報告されている．然し之等は皆臨床例の報告である為，其の効果の判定には釈然とせぬ事多い．私達は之を実験的に検索しようとし，家兎に実験的に急性鼻炎を惹起させ，之が病理組織像に就いて，抗ヒスタミン剤使用時と比較検討してみた．

HASEGAWA AND FUJIMURA caused experime-ntally a state of acute rhinitis in rabbits to study effects of anti-histaminic drugs upon non-allergic affections. Two anti-histamines "Restamin" and "Anergen"Were used.

That these drugs relieved the state of edema and decreased the amount of discherge was shown by histological examnination of nasal mucous memb-ranes. In view of this fact the authors maintaain that the use of the drug is an effective means by which nasal obstruct ions and excessive nasal dis-charges in any acute rhinitis may be treated.
