- Abstract 文献概要
緒言
耳鳴に對しては種々なる療法が用いられているが，余は以下記する理由により耳鳴に對しAmylium nitrosumを使用しその藥效を檢する事を得た。然るにその結果は注目す可きものあり，耳鳴療法の1法として考慮せられる價値ありと考えられるを以て茲に之を報告し，諸賢の追試を受けたいと考える次第である。
Amylium nitrosum使用法は綿にエタノールをしませたものを鼻入口部に當て然る後をAmylium nitrosumを3滴滴下し吸入せしめる。
He says that in the ten patients with complaints of tinnitus aurium as the outstanding symptoms treatment by inhalation of amyl nitrite brought remarkable results. The effect of the drug seems to have been manifested through stimulation of the circula tory center which in turn was rendered no longer capable of emitting abnormal stimuli to labyrinthine arteries.
