- Abstract 文献概要
緒言
近來動脈衝撃注射療法が耳鼻科領域の種々の疾患にも盛んに應用され，昨年及本年の學會に於ても各方面の報告があつた．
私も以前より各疾患に本療法を試みて居たのであるが，此の中で未だ先人の發展外にある急性副鼻腔炎に就ての示臨床經驗を簡單に報告すると共に，これに對する私見を述べる．
5 cases of acute frontal sinusitis and 1 case of sphenoid sinusitis were treated with injection with 5cc. each of 30% neotherapol solution (glucose solution was added) into the common Canotid artery. All patients became symptom free following 7 to 10 injections. Author thinks that headaches can be relieved by the injections into the common carotid artery.
