急性白血病に於ける小經驗

　白血病並びにアグラヌロチトーゼ等の如き血液病では，口腔や咽頭に壞疽性変化を來し易いので，患者はそれ等の症状を主訴として私共の臨床を訪れ，血液病たる事を発見される事が屡々ある．これ之等の患者に向つて血液檢査の重要な事が強調される所以である．私も相次いで3例の急性白血病を経驗したので，その症状の概略，血液所見並びに臨床所見上の1,2の点を述べて見よう．

Mori reports 3 cases of leukemia. The first case was monocytic leukemia with manifest gang-renous tonsilltis and gingivitis, the diagnosis of which was confirmed at necropsy. The second case revealed by gangrenous gingivitis; while the third presented anemia as its chief signs, the clinical diagnosis of which was devided bet-ween monocytic and lymphatic leukemias. The conditions upon which the disease might lead to hemorrhage, enlargement of lymph glands, liver and spleen may widely variate. Gangrenous les-ions manifested in the oropharynx might come to spontaneous remissons. The author stresses the importance of considerations of these vari-avles and above all of the blood examinations in deriving clinical diagnosis of the disease.
