Ⅰ．緒言
各種の皮膚疾患をレントゲン線によつて治癒せしめようとする試みは既に古くから行われていたが限界線はBuckyによつて1925年発見され，1927年Bonnにて開かれた第15回独逸皮膚科学会に於いて，限界線が在来のレントゲン線と紫外線との中間的性状をもつことを認め，之を各種皮膚疾患の治療に応用して，これが在来のレントゲン表在治療に優るとも劣らない効果を表わすと発表して諸学者の注目を引いた。
我国に於ては，昭和2年，東大が限界線発生装置を輸入し，遠山，並木，市川，小島が，その臨床成績を発表したが，其の後はLindemann硝子の故障で使用不能となつて，昭和12年以降の限界線治療は全く空白の状態となつた。然るに1957年国産の限界線装置が完成し，中野，穴口及び東京警察病院等より治験が報告され，その後も次々に岩重，定方等，林，伊崎その他によつて治療実験が報告されている。しかるにこれらはすべて慢性湿疹，尋常性乾癬などの皮膚疾患に応用されたもので，創面に対する効果については甚だ疑問とされていた。しかし第48回日本泌尿器科学会総会席上に於いて，岩手医大，黒沢等は，術後哆開創々限界線療法を試み，その効果に見るべきものがあつたと報告した。
The author applicated the Bucky rays to twelve cases of that had formed the opening wound postoperatively and the result was that was exceedingly effective to a case, effective to three cases, slightly effective to five, and of no effect to three. It is thought that the Bucky rays is of value to the treatment of the opening wounds, although the author only had a few cases.
As this apparatus is operated easily and have no danger to fear, this is too of value to the treatment of outpatient as well as artificial sunlight.
