I．はじめに

　頭蓋内嚢胞性病変のなかでも脳内あるいはくも膜下腔に発生するとされるglio-ependymal cystの報告は少ない．最近われわれは半球間裂内に生じ同時に脳梁欠損を伴った本症の1新生児例を経験したので報告し，glio—ependymal cystの組織発生について若干の考察を行うとともに半球間裂嚢胞の神経放射線学的鑑別診断について検討を加える．

An interhemispheric glio-ependymal cyst in a male neonate is reported. Neuroradiologically, the cyst, which had a septum like component within it, was lo-cated in the right frontoparietal interhemisphere and displaced the third and lateral ventricles. It had no communication with the ventricular system. As for ano-malies associated with it, the total callosal agenesis and congenital hydrocephalus were revealed in CT scan. Angiogram suggested that polymicrogyria accompanied with the cyst. It was confirmed that the cyst was di-vided into two parts by the septum during surgery.
